If for some reason the customer does not send the required documentation or the agency does not accept any order, the customer may have their money returned within 15 days.

Please only refund 15 days after purchase. IF you do not accept the terms do not buy, do not buy if you do not accept!

This warranty applies in cases where the client has not provided us with the documentation required to perform the consultancy.

Unenforceable provisions

For the development of graphic desing, we send up to 2 business days.

​All products are revised before shipping, if you check any print or quality error sends us by the same address as it is on the site or printed in the box.

​If you do not agree, you can request your money again.

You'll have your money right back in up to 2 business days.

We do not ship merchandise to other locations, only to customers who buy and maintain the machines with us.

Shipping policy

​We don't ship goods. Recurring damage prevented us from continuing with shipments.

​Customers can pick up directly with us or we can send a technician who speaks Portuguese or Spanish, we have freelance technicians registered in several different locations and states, you can pay directly to him for the maintenance.

​If there are replacement parts or you need a new cartridge, we will send you an invoice, payment link or you can even be paid on the website within 4 days.
